How the sites earn
Commissions, disclosed in plain words.
Here is the whole business model. The portfolio sites recommend gear. When you click a link on one of them and buy something, the retailer may pay that site a commission. The price you pay is the same either way. Every site says this on every page that has a link, and I say it again here.
Commissions never set a score or decide a pick. If a product is not worth buying, the site says so, commission or not. And this hub, the page you are reading now, has no affiliate links, no prices and no advertising. It exists so you can see who is behind the sites and how they work.
